Editing and Photography
Today we will resume with the editing of our trailer and proceed with the editing of the movie poster and magazine front cover. We have concluded all photography, and the magazine and movie poster pictures have now been taken.
We used the Media Studies Studio as the location for our picture-taking, as it had a considerable amount of extra space which allowed us to try out different ideas and positions for our photos. Aswell as having useful props such as the chairs that allowed us to create a strong main image for our magazine, the studio was also more suitable as it has a plain blue backdrop which will allow easier editing in Photoshop. We will decide on the colour scheme, fonts and layout of our magazine front cover and movie poster today, as well as try different effects to the publications to make them suitable and appealing to our target audience.
We are hoping to add a voiceover of our actress, aswell as lullabye-style music to our teaser trailer on Final Cut Pro whilst continuing to edit our captions and layout using our updated storyboard, and ultimately conclude with the editing of our trailer as soon as possible.
