Update!

We had a group meeting today to discuss our audience research, the development of our teaser trailer, as well as ideas for our poster.
After attending a workshop held by a special effects expert, we have decided to make better use of the special effects resources available such as latex and fake blood and make amendments to our teaser trailer idea so the horror genre is more evident.

After our first attempt to film last month was unsuccessful, we will be filming tomorrow. We are aiming to complete the filming for our teaser trailer by next week.

(16/11/10)

We discussed final ideas for our film poster. We did this alongside creating a final plan for the teaser trailer. The reason for this is that we wanted to show continuity between both productions so we have decided to use elements of our teaser trailer to make-up our film poster.

For our Audience research our head of Research, Chelsea, created a survey consisting of 10 questions using the survey website 'Surveymonkey.com'. http://www.surveymonkey.com/

As 'Survey Monkey' has a subscription fee, she created our survey using a free version available on 'Survey Monkey'. Unfortunately, there were complications with the survey which would affect our end results. Therefore we have now opted to create a survey using 'Facebook'. As it will gather a wider range of feedback and allow us to ask the minimum requirement of 20 questions.

From this meeting we have gathered a clear idea of the content of our trailer, which will still meet our requirements as well as correspond with our treatment and audience research results.
